Josh and his crew were able to finish a job we started and were unable to complete on time without their help.
They were friendly, professional and very quick to respond. They drywalled all of the ceilings in a one bed apt as well as hallway and laundry room.

GRM was referred to me by a good friend.  I was looking for some steps for the side of my house. I have a 45 degree angle coming from the from the front to the back .  Difficult trying to negotiate  the hill.  I had an idea of what I wanted, but did not know how to design a portion of the stairway. Gene and his crew were able to design it perfectly for me.  Some parts could not be foreseen as they started but as they worked it took shape.  They consulted me daily on what the plan was.  It was very hard work as they had to work around two very big maple trees that I needed to save and the trees are still standing and providing shade. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with as a homeowner! Their attention to detail, passion for their crafts and great communication made our renovation headaches a dream.

They came through ahead of the project to provide a quote and scope of work and we discussed our abilities and comfort doing any work on our own.

We made a schedule and we’re able to save money thanks to their trust in us and our abilities for demolition and other smaller tasks which made it feel even more like our own.

Grand River Modular is a  very impressive company.  They renovated my home for sale and did great landscaping for the exterior.  Renos included flooring for the main floor, painting the whole house, replacing the bathroom vanity, replacing lighting and more.  Their work is superb.  The attitude of every person involved is super.  A neighbour commented that the personnel "worked with passion".  The management style is exemplary. In early 2022, we hired a very well-reviewed contractor to build a small commercial kitchen in the basement of our residence.  He and his crew started work in the summer of 2022.  As the project progressed, we began to observe that most of his work was below even the most basic construction standards, was sloppy with very poor workmanship and showed very poor attention to detail, and was even dangerous in some aspects.  We let him "finish" the agreed scope and then we began another search for a competent, skilled, ethical contractor.  Meanwhile, our food service business sat idle, significantly impacting our income.  In October, 2022, we found GRM and were very happy from the first conversations and meetings with Matt, Gene and Rich.  They commenced work in November, 2022.  From day 1, GRM's onsite crew "read the room" so well and got the brief: how badly our experience went with the other guy and what GRM could do to fix things - never a fun task.  Gene and the entire GRM team were so attentive, communicative, professional, accommodating and flexible!  We also very much appreciated all the times Gene and the guys made sure we were 100% satisfied.  We are very pleased and satisfied with all of GRM's work and would highly recommend them!

Fortune smiled on me when I hired GRM to renovate my home from top to bottom, inside and out to facilitate the sale of the property.  Every wall, a ceiling and a concrete floor were painted very professionally. The entire main floor was replaced and the large deck along the  back of the house was painted bringing a lively fresh new look to it. A layer of concrete on my front porch made it look like new again.  The path to the front door was replaced and added to mulching of flowerbeds made a huge difference in the curb appeal of the home.
The dedication of the workers and their professionalism was very  impressive.  This company does excellent work and prices fairly.  I have enormous respect for the high integrity of GRM and highly recommend it with no reservations.

In a very difficult market my home sold above asking.
